Your Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer (d/f/m), you will work closely with our product teams and other stakeholders to develop and enhance digital products. You will be responsible for creating responsive and cross-platform designs, as well as building both customer-facing and internal components. Your expertise in UI/UX and system enhancements will drive the success of various projects. You will also proactively identify and implement UI/UX and system enhancements across multiple digital products. Maintaining code quality and consistency through rigorous code reviews is essential. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members in technical skills and best practices, working with the team to break down complex features into manageable units aligning with features and epics. Providing high-level estimates and helping the team with providing realistic timelines to ensure on-time delivery are also key responsibilities.
What exactly will you do?
Responsive and Cross-Platform Development: You will design and implement responsive and cross-platform solutions that cater to a wide range of devices, from desktops to mobile phones. By ensuring that our digital products provide a consistent and smooth user experience across various platforms, you will play a crucial role in maximizing accessibility and usability for all users.
Component Development: You will develop and refine both customer-facing and internal components that are integral to our onboarding processes and user interactions. Your work will involve creating intuitive, high-performance interfaces and functionalities that not only enhance the overall user journey but also streamline internal workflows and processes.
Collaboration with Our Product Team: You will engage closely with our product teams to assess and ensure the technical feasibility of new features and innovations. Your collaborative approach will help bridge the gap between technical requirements and product vision, enabling the successful execution and delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
