Your Role
We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (f/m/d) to take ownership of our commercial operations and help drive our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Product with a clear mission: to build a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure that fuels growth and efficiency at LIQID.
What exactly will you do?
Design, implement and continuously improve sales & relationship management processes
Own and enhance our Sales-related tool stack, applying also emerging technologies such as AI
Lead OKR, KPI and data-driven performance tracking; QA experience would be an add-on
Drive operational excellence and change, including automation and system optimization
Collaborate deeply across Teams: Marketing, Finance, with regular touch points in Product and Tech
Remove blockers and elevate the commercial execution engine
Monitor commercial and client activity, such as call shadowing, process bottlenecks, conversion analysis
