Your Role
We are looking for a
Lead Software Engineer (d/m/w) who will lead a team of software engineers building our next-generation digital platform for our clients. You support the engineers on your team in growing their skill sets and guide them in their personal development.
What exactly will you do?- Own your team’s domain from a technical perspective and steer the implementation of new features.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and system design, and continuously improve the system architecture.
- Actively participate in the development of your team’s roadmap by implementing new features, performing code reviews, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide your team members to help them grow in their personal development; help them plan their careers and define actions to achieve their goals.
- Give regular and constructive feedback, and don’t shy away from being honest when necessary.
